Returns Policy

Returns:

  • Returns can be started using our Online Returns Form, found on our website. 
  • All returns must be pre-approved by Gardenias to Champagne.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days to process your returns request.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days from your date of purchase, and in their original condition.
  • You will receive an email with further information on the next steps once your return request has been processed.
  • If your return was approved:
    • You will receive an email that will contain your return label and instructions on how to return the package.
    • A refund will be issued for the amount paid, but will not include shipping costs and handling fees. 
    • Sales Tax will be refunded for returned items but shipping charges are non-refundable, if applicable.
  • If your return was rejected:
    • Then your return did not meet our return policy guidelines outlined bellow.

    Returns Policy Guidelines:

    Refunds will be issued in the form and amount of the original tender paid when the following requirements are met:

    • All items must be in original, new condition with price tag attached, unless the item/s has been damaged or has a manufacturer's defect. 
    • Damaged Items or Manufacturer Defects:
      • Damaged item/s or manufacture defects MUST BE REPORTED within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
      • Please contact GardeniasToChampagne@gmail.com for assistance with this.
      • Please include in this email photos of the item for proof of the defects and/or damaged item/s. 
      • If proof of defect or damage has been validated by Gardenias to Champagne a replacement for the item/s or refund shall be issued as per customers request.
    • Received Wrong Item/s: Mistakes Can Happen.
      • Please contact GardeniasToChampagne@gmail.com for assistance with this.
      • Please include in this email photos of the item/s for proof of receipt of wrong item/s received
      • If proof of "wrong item/s received" has been validated by Gardenias to Champagne 
        • a shipping label will be issued for item/s to be sent back. Once Item/s have been received, the correct item/s will be shipped to you. 
        • If you chose to keep the product, that is fine, but you will have to place a new order for the item/s that you wanted to purchase originally. 
    • Skincare Products can be retuned if the item has not been opened and is in its original, new condition and the original seal is not broken or been tampered with. If any of these conditions has not been met, we cannot except your return.
    • We will accept returns on Full Price Merchandise ONLY within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.  After 30 days items are non-returnable.
    • Refunds are contingent upon our inspection of the item/s once received. Gardenia to Champagne reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 30 day return window.
    • The merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and/or packing slip.
    • Exchanges:
      • We are happy to exchange full price items in perfect condition with price tags attached if your size is available.
      • The most effective way to make an exchange is to purchase the size and color you need online. We will credit the original purchase when your return arrives at our returns department. Shipping charges are on us!  Simply write exchange in the comment section box on the checkout page and we will deduct the shipping charges upon shipment.
      • If an item/s is Damaged or Defective: 
        • THEY MUST BE REPORTED within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.

        • Please include in this email photos of the item for proof of the defects and/or damaged item/s. 
        • If proof of defect or damage has been validated by Gardenias to Champagne an exchange for the item/s or refund shall be issued as per customers request.
    • Please note: SALE items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged, as we are always making room for new product in our boutique.
    • All Sale/Clearance items, jewelry, and special orders are final sale.
    • Please allow 10-14 business days from the time you ship your return for the refund or exchange to be processed.
      • Once your return has been processed and your refund has been approved. Please allow 5 -10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your credit card or the original form of payment. 
    • The refund will be for the amount paid, but will not include shipping costs and handling fees. 
      • The handling fee is a flat rate of $5.00 for return delivery if you choose a refund. This amount will be deducted from your refund total.
    • Sales Tax will be refunded for returned items but shipping charges are non-refundable, if applicable.

    Gift Cards:

    • Gift cards are non refundable. 
    • Gift Card returns are for store credit only.
    • If a customer choses to return a gift card, store credit will be issued in for the entire face value of the gift card, minus a $5.00 handling fee.
    • NO CASH will be given for a returned gift card. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    Price Adjustments:

    • Gardenias to Champagne will not make retroactive price adjustments to merchandise purchased prior to a sale.
